Zest Food App

The Goal: Just like Uber monetizes personal cars, or Airbnb monetizes personal homes, is there a similar platform that helps home-based cooks turn their kitchen into something that generates income? A cottage food app!

The Project: Zest was a quick study for a cottage food app that my partner at Sit/Set design and I worked on together. The client wanted to get an idea of what an app like this could look like. We approached the quick problem-solving exercise by looking at food app precedents and providing flows for not only the customers but the chefs themselves.
